BOOTH APPLICATION

Online applications with mailed-in check deposits from Natomas non-profit groups, public agencies, art/craft, health/fitness, & local businesses for booth spaces will be accepted through August 18th, 2010.

The festival committee makes decisions on all applications and will notify all applicants by August 27th. Check payment from unapproved applications will be returned.

BOOTH COSTS:
- $85 each booth ($60 for vendors supplying their own 10'x10' canopy)
- $25 for non-profit community groups ($15 for vendors supplying their own 10'x10' canopy)
  (Non-profit status will be verified)
- We will provide you with one 10'x10' canopy, one 6' table, and 2 folding chairs
- Space & equipment are limited
- Mandatory CANOPIES need to be set up on Friday the 9/10/10
- Final set up needs to be finished by 11:30 am on the day of the event.
